The beans are primarily the SL28 and SL14 varieties, known for producing complex and flavorful cups.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"897\" data-end=\"1244\"\u003eThe coffee is sourced through the Busongora North Coffee Farmers’ Cooperative, a farmer-owned organization made up of more than 500 local families who contribute as small shareholder members. Each participating farmer is registered and assigned a unique identification number, allowing the coffee to be traced back to the farms where it was grown.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1555\"\u003eAfter harvest, the cherries are delivered to nearby washing stations in the Kajole, Kithoma, and Kaswa parishes, where they are carefully sorted and processed using the washed method.
